You'll design, build, and support enterprise applications using Java, Spring Framework, and modern development tools, applying AI-assisted engineering practices throughout the development lifecycle. You'll work closely with customers and cross-functional team members to understand business needs and deliver reliable software solutions. The ideal candidate is a curious, detail-oriented engineer who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with others, and growing their technical skills.Compensation$70,000 - $120,000What You'll AccomplishUnderstand customer requirements and develop tasks to accurately reflect those requirements Designs and develops technical software solutionsWrites and performs testing, assists in determining the scope for testing requirements agreed-upon by the team or business unitProvides ongoing support and enhancements for new and existing systems and platformsUses a systematic approach to debug issues located within a single applicationUnderstands a portion of the team's application(s), can gain sufficient context to work productively in that portionDesigns functions that are aligned with the overall service architectureUnderstands the importance of security. Utilizes this knowledge to ask more senior engineers for help on making decisions that may have security implicationsDocuments each aspect of a systems applicationCollaborates cross-functionally with team members and customers to ensure effective and efficient implementation of solutionsDemonstrates an AI-first mindset by effectively leveraging AI-assisted tools and technologies to enhance productivity, accelerate problem-solving, improve quality, automate routine tasks, and drive innovation in the delivery of solutions and servicesRequirementsAS or BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience3-5 years of software development experience in Java, Spring Framework, React, Python, MongoDB and Kafka.
