The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed locations.\n\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)\n\n3+ years experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS)\n\n1+ year of experience in data analytics\n\n1+ year of experience in working with Artificial Intelligence (AI)\n\n3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role\n\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)\n\nBachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.\n\n8+ years of experience in EHS, EHS systems, data analytics, business systems, IDT&S, or a related discipline.\n\nExperience with EHS platforms such as Enablon, OSSMS, SHIELD, or similar systems.\n\nExperience leading or supporting EHS data strategy, analytics, or dashboard development.\n\nFamiliarity with high‑risk prioritization metrics, leading indicators, and predictive insights.\n\nCertificate or other formal training associated with AI, automation, or advanced analytics in an enterprise setting.\n\nKnowledge of manufacturing, aerospace, or other highly regulated operational environments.\n\nExperience managing change, training, and user adoption for enterprise systems and processes.\n\nFamiliarity with data quality, integration, and master data concepts.\n\nDemonstrated experience leading teams or cross‑functional workstreams in a complex enterprise environment.\n\nWorking knowledge of EHS processes, compliance requirements, and reporting practices.\n\nExperience supporting or managing EHS systems, platforms, or digital tools.\n\nStrong collaboration and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries.\n\nAbility to translate business needs into operational plans and technology‑enabled solutions.\n\nStrong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical audiences.\n\nExperience with data governance, reporting, analytics, or process improvement initiatives.\n\nPay & Benefits\nAt Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
