The Process Engineer will lead the development, optimization, and validation of manufacturing processes, maximizing data-driven decision making, statistical analysis, and advanced engineering methodologies to improve quality, efficiency, and cost performance.\n\nWhat makes this role exciting is the ability to influence how products are made from concept through commercialization, while working with emerging technologies and multi-functional teams to solve sophisticated challenges. The individual in this position will play a key role in shaping the future state of operations by identifying improvement opportunities, increasing equipment effectiveness, establishing robust process standards, and delivering solutions that enhance both product quality and business results. This is a highly visible role with the potential to create measurable impact across manufacturing, compliance, and customer satisfaction.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nWorks on optimization of process output and throughput, equipment utilization, equipment downtime, waste reduction/yield improvements, budget management, standard cost and capital investment management.\n\nProvides technical support to the production areas evaluating process deficiencies, process changes, modifications and equipment failure. Defines, analyzes, reviews and evaluates problems for prompt solutions.\n\nLeads investigations into low yields, non-conformances, audit observations, and customer complaints and develops and implements corrective actions.\n\nMap processes and analyze current status and potential future states with improvements. Define and quantify improvements to further analyze the gains. Use tools from Lean and Six Sigma to create and implement cost reduction projects.\n\nQualifications\nEducation\nMinimum of an Associate’s degree required; focused degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
