You will be expected to create project plans, monitor progress, and ensure that the project stays on track, within budget, and facilitate weekly reporting. If coordinating resources, monitoring project timelines, and resolving any issues that may arise during the project’s duration sounds exciting, we look forward to hearing from you.Duties & Responsibilities Team Coordination and ManagementLead a team of QA/QC Technicians, assigning tasks, providing guidance and training, and ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. Act as a point of reference for technical queries and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance productivity and quality of work. Project ManagementOversee engineering design projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and exceptional quality standards. Be responsible for tracking project progress, addressing and resolving issues, and updating stakeholders on project status.Problem-SolvingAnticipate potential challenges and obstacles in the design process and develop strategic solutions to mitigate them.Quality AssuranceEnsure that all designs comply with client specifications, industry standards, and regulations.
