FINISHING SECTION:\nEnsure proper machine settings.\nClear all finishing line machine stops (Reset machine when necessary).\nUnload exit conveyor - do visual check\n- fill tote according to style being run\nSetup Grinder according to specification.\nResponsible for keeping the finishing line running.\nQuality Checks / Paperwork\nDo visual check on all pads coming off the line.\nDo visual check on all pads for paint and grinding quality.\nComplete the Finishing Process Inspection Report.\nReport finishing line production and scrap for the shift.\nCompletely fill out Finishing Lot Cards and Lot Summary Tickets.\nDo finishing line check-sheets, including paint booth cleaning.\nCleaning:\nPaint booth cleaning - major cleaning\n- 1 time per shift and as necessary during shift.\nClean grinder (shavings)\n- 1 time per shift.\nGeneral clean-up - Follow all 5S procedures for area.\nGeneral:\nFollow all safety guidelines as defined in area safety rules and JA-HR-C-010 General Plant Safety Rules\nWear required PPE as defined for area which includes but is not limited to safety glasses and hearing protection.
