This role is based onsite at the Manufacturing site, where you will play a critical role in reducing the backlog of networking products by driving efficient debugging and resolution.\nYour Role\nPerform in-depth debugging and failure analysis of complex server-style motherboards.\nDrive resolution of board-level issues to reduce backlog and improve product throughput\nTroubleshoot system-level and component-level issues across hardware, firmware, and networking domains\nUtilize hardware test equipment’s and Linux based tools environments for motherboard debugging and validation\nCollaborate with engineering and test teams to escalate, analyze, and resolve critical issues\nDocument debug findings, root cause analysis, and corrective actions clearly and effectively\nCommunicate status, risks, and technical insights to both onsite and remote teams\nSupport occasional visits to headquarters for deeper collaboration, debugging, and team alignment\nWork closely with manufacturing teams to understand and improve test and failure detection processes\nYour Skills and Experience\nStrong understanding of x86 server architecture\nStrong experience in High Speed electrical design validation and testing.\nExperience in signal integrity and power integrity concepts.\nFamiliarity with PCIE , DDR , USB , ETHRENET interfaces, design validation.\nProven expertise in board-level troubleshooting of complex server-class motherboards\nSolid experience with Linux-based debugging and strong networking fundamentals\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to clearly document technical findings and processes\nExperience working in high-volume manufacturing environments is highly desirable\nNice to Have\nFamiliarity with PCBA manufacturing and test processes, including:\nAOI (Automated Optical Inspection)\n5DX (X-ray Inspection)\nICT (In-Circuit Testing)\nBoundary Scan\nFunctional Testing\nYou will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and may occasionally travel to Santa Clara headquarters to work with the core engineering and test teams, ensuring alignment and support for ongoing issues.\nThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $68,911 - $161,544.\nCapgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
