Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, this role designs, builds, and maintains software products that deliver meaningful value to customers. The Software Engineer collaborates closely with teammates to enhance existing features, develop new capabilities, resolve defects, and drive continuous improvement across the engineering organization.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nBuild and ship new products and features\r\nWrite clear, maintainable, and scalable code with excellent code hygiene\r\nDemonstrate a quality mindset by writing and maintaining tests\r\nParticipate in code and design reviews, work item refinement, and team retrospectives\r\nContribute to system architecture and technical design decisions\r\nWork with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives\r\nContribute to the development and refinement of engineering best practices\r\nFoster collaboration and innovation across the organization\r\nTroubleshoot and debug application issues\r\nParticipate in the company's Information Security Program as required\r\nRequired Skills and Experience\r\n3+ years of experience as a full-time software engineer\r\nStrong foundation in computer science and OOP fundamentals\r\nExperience with Looker or similar business intelligence platforms\r\nProficiency in automated testing practices\r\nExperience using AI-driven tools to enhance engineering productivity\r\nExperience with agile development practices\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\r\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills\r\nBonus Skills and Experience\r\nBS or MS in Computer Science or related field\r\nExperience with Heroku, Postgres, Git, and AWS\r\nExperience designing and developing RESTful APIs\r\nExperience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines\r\nWork experience related to Financial SaaS products\r\nAll qualified applicants at CorSource Technology Group will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.\r\nDoes this position sound interesting, but perhaps not for you?
