Pediatrics Physician
We are seeking a Board Certified Neonatologist for a recurring monthly rotation in Pennsylvania. This role provides high-level neonatal care within a Level III NICU, supported by a robust 24/7 in-house mid-level team. Clinical Details & ScheduleFrequency: Approximately one week (7 days) per month.In-House Hours: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM for NICU rounding and outpatient clinic.Call Profile: 24/7 pager call while on assignment (Off-site/Out-house).Response Time: 20-minute emergency response required.Outpatient Clinic: Every Thursday (located at the hospital); max 7 patients.Volume: Average Daily Census: 9 11 infants.NICU Admissions: 20 per month.Deliveries: Attends High-Risk only (including high-risk C-sections). Facility ProfileNICU Level: III A ( beds).Trauma Level: 1.Support Staff: 5 Mid-levels (NP/PA) in-house 24/7 and one full-time Neonatologist.EMR: Epic. RequirementsCertification: Board Certified (BC) in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.Licensure: Active Pennsylvania (PA) Medical License.Life Support: Must hold active ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS.Communication: Must be comfortable using facility-provided pager and Spectra Link phone. Timeline & LogisticsCredentialing: 30-day process. Start Date: July 1, 2026.
