If you're a hands-on builder who thrives in ambiguity, loves translating business questions into clean data pipelines, and wants to shape the future of data at a mission-driven company, we want to hear from you.\r\nWhat You'll Do Own and scale our data warehouse to support a fast-growing Go-To-Market and product ecosystem\r\nBuild and maintain ETL pipelines using dbt to integrate data from tools, apps, and third-party platforms\r\nDesign clean, reusable data models that power reporting across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance\r\nCreate dashboards and analysis that uncover trends in revenue, product usage, and customer behavior\r\nSet up data quality checks and alerts to ensure accurate, timely, and trustworthy data\r\nSupport planning and forecasting by partnering with teams to define KPIs and build forward-looking models\r\nWhat We Look For 4+ years of experience as a BI Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or Data Engineer in a fast-growing tech environment\r\nStrong command of SQL and data modeling best practices\r\nProficiency in dbt, modern data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery), and orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect)\r\nExperience with BI tools such as Looker, Hex, Mode, Sigma, or similar\r\nStrong product and business sense — you know how to balance technical purity with speed, scalability, and impact\r\nComfort working autonomously and owning projects end-to-end\r\nExcellent communication skills with an ability to translate complex concepts to non-technical audiences\r\nLocated in San Francisco, CA and willing to work in our headquarters\r\nS alary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)\r\nActual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific work location.
