Our project engineers will be with you every step of the way from design feasibility, CAD design and design optimization for injection molding, Mold Flow analysis, plastic resin, appearance and surface texture, color, prototype, mold design and build to the end product and throughout production.\nEPC is looking for an experienced Toolmaker/Supervisor to join our team in Leeds, Alabama.\nJob Description:\nInterface with sales and engineering departments to provide cost estimations for tooling revision, repair and new toll building.\nAssist in providing product design and tool manufacturing feasibility suggestions to the customer via sales or engineering. at times, direct interaction with the customer may be required.\nEnsure that all tooling modifications are documented in the history file as well as tracking the cleaning schedule of all production tools.\nDocument on the Mold Repair Order form (521509) all work completed, following the written instructions from the routing, or requests for emergency tool work.\nPerform inventory of spare components by tool and alert the engineer of potential risks due to lack of components.
