This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting cycle counts and reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with established procedures and systems.\nThe position works under close to moderate supervision, applying basic supply chain and inventory control principles to support operational efficiency, material availability, and data integrity.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMaintain accurate inventory records in ERP/MRP systems through transactions, adjustments, and reconciliations.\nSupport daily, weekly, and periodic cycle counts and physical inventory activities.\nInvestigate and resolve basic inventory discrepancies (quantity, location, transactions).\nMonitor inventory levels and report variances or risks impacting production or operations.\nAssist with inventory movement, transfers, and system updates to ensure traceability.\nPartner with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality teams to resolve inventory issues.\nSupport inventory audits by gathering data, documentation, and reconciliation records.\nEnsure adherence to internal controls, inventory policies, and quality system requirements.\nMaintain accurate item master data, inventory locations, and material attributes.\nGenerate routine inventory reports and dashboards for operational visibility.\nIdentify basic process improvement opportunities to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.\nPreferred Experience:\nExposure to ERP/MRP systems and inventory processes.\nExperience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing environment is a plus.\nFamiliarity with inventory audits, cycle counting, and discrepancy resolution processes.\nSkills:\nContinuous Improvement, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Cycle Counting, Data Accuracy, Data Analysis, Detail-Oriented, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems, Inventory Management, Inventory Reconciliations, Materials Requirements Planning (MRP), Metrics Reporting, Microsoft Excel, Problem Solving, Process Compliance, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Supply Chain Logistics\nEducation & Experience:\nNo previous professional experience | Required\nPay Range:\n$59,400.00 - $77,910.00\nPay Range Explained:\nThis role in Livermore, California pays between $59,400.00 and $77,910.00 per year, depending on your experience, skills, and background.
