06/30/29\nPAYRATE: $65-70/hr W2\nDESCRIPTION\nMaintain and support the application environment at the SOS;\nDefine and document business requirements for existing applications as assigned;\nDevelop and test new modules for existing applications as assigned;\nParticipate in code walkthroughs to ensure the program meets the business requirements and follows the coding standards;\nProvide documentation to support the applications;\nParticipation in team meetings led by SOS contract manager;\nMaintain change control;\nDevelop and execute comprehensive test plans;\nPerform complete regression testing;\nAnalyze and resolve functional and operational problems identified by the end users.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nThe consultant must have experience in developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining solutions using Appeon PowerBuilder 2022 and Oracle 11g.\nThree (3) years’ experience developing Windows based applications using Power Builder 12.5 or higher.\nThree (3) years’ experience working with relational databases Oracle 11g;\nThree (3) years’ of knowledge and experience in upgrading older PowerBuilder code to the latest Appeon PowerBuilder and in integrating Appeon PowerBuilder 2022 source code to run on Windows 11 and Office 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop.\nDESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience of familiarity with the business processes or similar functions of the Notary Public commission, Domestic Partner registry, and Campaign and Lobbying registration and disclosure for the Secretary of State’s office will be extremely beneficial.\nAbility to work independently with general direction.\nGood oral and written communications skills.\nStrong analytical skills.\nSuperior troubleshooting skills on server and application layers.\nRegards,\nJD Juarez\nRecruiter\njohn.juarez@globalserviceresources.com\nPay: $65.00 -
