This role combines hands-on technical problem-solving with project coordination and customer relationship management to ensure successful equipment performance throughout its lifecycle.\n\nThe successful candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and an understanding of CNC machining and manufacturing systems. This individual will support installation and startup activities while providing technical assistance to customers both remotely and if needed on-site. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills are essential.\n\nThis position is based at the GROB Systems manufacturing facility and is primarily focused on supporting customers and projects from that location.
