We are Invenergy.\nJob Description\nResponsibilities\nPrevailing Wage and Apprenticeship Compliance: Oversee and manage compliance with prevailing wage laws and apprenticeship programs. Ensure proper documentation and reporting for all related activities.\nDavis-Bacon Act Compliance: Monitor and enforce compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act, ensuring that wage rates and labor standards are upheld on relevant projects.\nLocal and Domestic Content Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and domestic content requirements for all projects, verifying that all regulations are followed and documented.\nDocument Control: Implement and manage document control processes to ensure the accuracy, organization, and accessibility of compliance-related documents.\nProcess Auditing: Conduct regular audits of internal processes to ensure adherence to compliance requirements and identify areas for improvement.\nReport Auditing: Review and audit compliance reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare detailed findings and recommendations based on audits.\nRegulatory Updates: Stay updated with changes in relevant regulations and ensure that the organization’s practices are aligned with current laws and standards.\nTraining and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams regarding compliance requirements and best practices.\nSetting up and maintaining projects in the construction project management system\nCreating and generating reports, analyzing data, identifying potential issues, and proposing solutions to Project Managers\nProvide support to the construction management team, as needed\nPromote good communication and coordination with other departments\nGuide and support project management team members as needed\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CPA, CISA) are a plus\n5+ years of experience in a compliance, auditing, or regulatory role, with a strong focus on Prevailing Wage, Davis-Bacon Act, and Local Content Compliance.\n2+ Years of document control and/or process auditing experience\nEligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.\nPreferred Skills\n1 Year of renewable energy experience\n1 Year construction experience\nAdvanced certifications (e.g., CPA, CISA)\nIn-depth understanding of federal, state, and local regulations related to prevailing wage, apprenticeship programs, Davis-Bacon Act, and local content requirements.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.\nProficient in document control systems and auditing methodologies.\nExcellent solution-seeking, teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills\nAbility to comprehend and carry out instructions and follow tasks to completion with minimal direction\nExperience with project coordination and management of projects with multiple levels of interface between vendors, internal staff, and other stakeholders preferred\nBenefits\nEligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k), bonus, paid time off, etc.\nInvenergy LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
