Integration & Data Strategy\r\nDefineintegration patterns(APIs, IDocs, BTP services) and middleware usage.\r\nOverseedata migration strategy , including mapping, cleansing, and reconciliation.\r\nEnsuremaster data governanceand harmonization across systems.\r\n4. Governance & Quality Assurance\r\nAct asdesign authorityfor all solution decisions; approve changes to scope or architecture.\r\nMaintainsolution blueprint , process hierarchy, and configuration rationale.\r\nConductquality reviewsfor functional specs, technical designs, and test scripts.\r\n5. Security, Compliance & Performance\r\nEnsureauthorization designaligns with SoD and compliance requirements.\r\nValidateperformance benchmarksand system scalability.\r\nSupportaudit readinessand regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR, industry-specific).\r\n6. Testing & Cutover Support\r\nDefineend-to-end test scenariosand integration test coverage.\r\nValidatecutover sequencingfor technical components and data loads.\r\nProvidehypercare oversightfor solution stability post go-live.\r\n7.
