Join us as we build mental health care for the modern family.Our care focuses on:Supporting the whole family, not just the identified clientStrengthening parent-child relationshipsUsing validated assessments and data to supercharge therapeutic progressJob Overview:We're seeking a Texas-licensed Clinical Supervisor/Child & Family Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) to provide high-quality therapy and clinical supervision to our team of pre-licensed clinicians. You will work closely with our Head of Clinical Care and collaborate with fellow supervisors and licensed clinicians to ensure clinical excellence, ethical compliance, and strong client outcomes.This role will begin as part-time while ramping-up your panel and the number of associates assigned to your cohort. You can begin as a 1099 contractor role or part-time W2 with the possibility of converting to a full-time W2 position in the future based on performance and timing of associate assignments.About the Role:In this position, you will provide direct therapy to children and families while also supervising associate clinicians through weekly or biweekly supervision. Your leadership will help ensure high-quality care and ongoing professional development for our team.
