Batch Room Operators shall prepare and mix raw materials and ingredient formulations for beverage production, maintain and operate batch equipment, and conduct daily maintenance tasks. Batch Room Operators shall also document and report CIP cycles, ingredient mixing and equipment usage.\nResponsibilities\nYou shall be responsible for preparing and mixing minerals, flavorings and other raw materials required for producing water or syrup for use in bottling operations based upon mixing instructions, ensure the accurate completion of clean in place (CIP) processes, ensuring the correct preparation of tanks and equipment, and continuously monitoring the equipment and processes in the batching area.\nMaintaining the integrity of the water treatment system, reverse osmosis system, process water storage tank, and water filtration system.\nDaily duties include but are not limited to reviewing production schedules, coordinating the raw materials required for upcoming batching, completing batching process ensuring that timing anticipates the needs of the production lines limiting potential down time.\nResponsible for completing accurate reporting for raw material usage/waste (lots, expirations, quantity used, quantity returned), CIPs, sanitation, and partnering with quality assurance and lab to maintain product specifications ensuring final beverage meets product specifications.\nMaintain effective communication with coworkers, management, and supervisors.
