This role is designed for an early-career professional who is developing foundational knowledge of sales operations, customer support, ERP/CRM systems, and semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing processes.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAccount & Customer Management\n\nSupport assigned customer accounts under the guidance of senior Sales Operations team members.\n\nAssist Sales Account Managers with routine account activity, customer follow-up, and internal coordination.\n\nDevelop professional working relationships with customer procurement, operations, and internal support teams.\n\nProvide timely updates on order status, shipment timing, and open action items as directed.\n\nForecast Management & Demand Alignment\n\nAssist with collecting and updating customer demand information in coordination with Sales Account Managers.\n\nSupport forecast data entry, validation, and follow-up to help maintain accurate demand information.\n\nCoordinate with Planning and senior team members to confirm basic supply and schedule information.\n\nMaintain CRM and ERP records accurately, including customer information, order details, and follow-up notes.\n\nOrder Management & Execution\n\nSupport order management activities from purchase order receipt through shipment under supervision.\n\nAssist with order entry and validation, including checking accuracy of part numbers / configurations, delivery dates, customer-specific requirements.\n\nHelp track backlog, expedite requests, pushouts, and order changes while escalating issues as needed.\n\nCoordinate with internal teams to confirm customer requirements and support schedule alignment.\n\nOn-Time Delivery & Supply Chain Coordination\n\nMonitor shipment status and support on-time delivery follow-up for assigned orders or accounts.\n\nAssist Planning and Supply Chain teams by gathering updates related to capacity constraints, long lead-time materials, build and qualification timelines.\n\nIdentify and communicate potential schedule risks to senior team members for guidance.\n\nSupport escalation tracking by documenting issues, owners, and next steps.\n\nNew Product Introduction (NPI) / Design Support\n\nAssist with tracking new probe card design activity and related customer or engineering updates.\n\nSupport coordination across Sales, Engineering, and Operations by helping track customer qualifications, first silicon / first article timelines, design iterations and revisions.\n\nUpdate NPI milestone trackers and follow up on open items as assigned.\n\nHelp ensure customer updates are communicated clearly and consistently through the appropriate account owner.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\n\nSupport coordination across key functional teams, including sales, planning, supply chain, engineering, manufacturing / operations.\n\nParticipate in account reviews, supply/demand calls, and production meetings to capture updates and action items.\n\nFollow up with internal stakeholders to support customer commitments and operational priorities.\n\nMaintain reports, trackers, and KPI data to support visibility into account and order status.\n\nIdentify routine process issues and suggest improvements to senior team members or management.\n\nPreferred Qualifications & Experiences:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.\n\n0–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or a related business support role.\n\nInterest in semiconductor, wafer test, high-tech manufacturing, or customer operations preferred.\n\nBasic understanding of, or willingness to learn Forecasting and demand planning concepts, Order management and ERP/CRM systems, Supply chain and manufacturing workflows.\n\nSuccess Measures:\n\nAccurate and timely updates to customer, order, forecast, and shipment data.\n\nEffective follow-up on open orders, backlog items, and shipment status.\n\nTimely escalation of risks, issues, and customer-impacting changes.\n\nReliable support for account reviews, trackers, reports, and cross-functional action items.\n\nPositive customer and internal stakeholder feedback on responsiveness and execution support.\n\nSkills:\n\nCommunication, Customer Follow-Ups, Deadline Adherence, Detail-Oriented, High Accuracy, Issue Escalation, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Multitasking, Oracle, Problem Solving, Salesforce (Software), Willingness to Learn\n\nEducation & Experience:\n\nBachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience | Required\n\nPay Range:\n\n$71,400.00 - $93,660.00\n\nPay Range Explained:\n\nThis role in Livermore, California pays between $71,400.00 and $93,660.00 per year, depending on your experience, skills, and background.
