This position will also be responsible for managing the database system, ensuring the availability and consistent performance of our corporate applications. This position will also assist the IT Director in managing end-user workstations / printers / label printers / etc. utilized by the Infor system. This is a \"hands-on\" position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.\r\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\r\nSupport the Infor Cloud Suite Industrial ERP system by providing design, development, and support solving break/fix issues.\r\nDevelopment and support of internal and external applications and websites.\r\nAssists in the management of corporate help desk activities and resolves escalated issues if necessary.\r\nCommunicates effectively with internal customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies.\r\nSupport & troubleshoot associated hardware utilized by Infor, i.e. printers and label printers.\r\nAssist IT Director with management & troubleshooting of end-user workstations and associated hardware.\r\nContinually defines ways to increase internal customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships.\r\nEnsures practice delivers superior solutions to internal customers.\r\nProvides senior level resolution to internal customer issues.\r\nLends expertise to internal teams and task forces.\r\nEnforces standard company policies and procedures.\r\nOther IT projects as assigned.\r\nQualification Requirements:\r\nBachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field.\r\n3-5 years of ERP development. Infor Syteline / CSI development & administration experience a plus.\r\n3-5 years Infor Syteline / CSI development & administration experience.\r\nStrong SQL Server 2014/2016 / SSRS / SSIS / BI background required.\r\nSQL Server 2014/2016 Development / SSRS / SSIS / BI background required.\r\nC#, VB.net, HTML, Microsoft MVC and jQuery experience.\r\nPrior experience in a manufacturing environment utilizing an ERP system (Infor preferred) with exposure to best practices and an international footprint.\r\nKnowledge of Bartender labeling system a plus.\r\nExperience with installation and troubleshooting printers & label printers (HP printers, Zebra & Intermec label printers).\r\nExperience with management and troubleshooting of end-user workstations (Windows 10 & 11).\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\r\nGood understanding of business impact of technology on profitability and employee satisfaction.\r\nPhysical Demands :\r\nThe physical demands described here are the representative of those that must be met\r\nby an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job.
