Commercial Property Maintenance Technician

Job Description Our company is in search of a hardworking and reliable maintenance professional who has the know-how to keep our facilities and equipment in top shape. You’ll conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance and help us implement preventative measures to maximize the life of our equipment and minimize safety risks. Apply today!Compensation: $24 - $26 Hourly (based on experience) + Benefits + Insurance + Paid Time Off Responsibilities Mechanically inclined with experience in building maintenance and repair duties Minor plumbing, electrical, repairs, and painting Routine walk-throughs and inspections of commercial properties Light carpentry and the ability to work with a range of powered and non-powered hand tools Respond to service calls from tenants Compensated on-call rotations for after-hours requests Meeting and coordinating vendors Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced Qualifications Good verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic Valid driver's license Ability to pass a government background check General working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Mechanically inclined with experience in building maintenance and repairs Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems preferred At least 2 years of maintenance or construction experience Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills Available to be on call in rotations and respond to maintenance requests on some nights and weekends Company Description Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group is a locally owned and internationally recognized leading full-service commercial real estate company.
