We provide hands-on training, clear advancement steps, and competitive pay as you move up.Intermediate Gutter Installer SupportMinimum 34 years of gutter installation experience.Strong attendance, punctuality, and consistent adherence to safety practices.Competent in gutter installation processes with limited supervision.Technical SkillsProficient in gutter machine operation, including loading coils and producing straight runs.Skilled in making clean Outside and Inside Strip Miter cuts.Accurately measure, cut, and assemble gutter sections, outlets, and downspouts.Assist installers with hanger placement, sealing, and joining techniques.Identify and report installation issues or safety hazards.Leadership & DevelopmentTrain and mentor Installer Assistant I team members in gutter machine setup and cutting techniques.Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them with minimal oversight.Show readiness for promotion to Installer I (full installer) by consistently demonstrating advanced technical skill and leadership potential.AdministrativePerform accurate material counts and support jobsite checklists.Document before/after photos and assist with reporting.Maintain accountability for company tools and equipment.Conduct & ProfessionalismUphold company values and maintain a professional image at all times.Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and clients.Consistently follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourJoin Our Team at The Brothers That Just Do GuttersThe Brothers That Just Do Gutters is a full-service rain gutter and gutter guard franchise, specializing in the installation, repair, and maintenance of seamless gutters, gutter guards, specialty gutters, and more.
