Loss Prevention Analyst (Store Support Center, Overland Park, KS)
Loss Prevention AnalystThis position is responsible for providing best in class support of Loss Prevention Department operations including department communications, vendor relationships (alarm- access control codes/call lists), identifying and investigating internal and external fraud, utilizing exception reporting software, and incident database software, communication with law enforcement, monthly, quarterly and annual data analytics reporting and root cause analysis of inventory shrink trends. Additional administrative duties and projects as assigned.
Essential duties and responsibilities include identifying, investigating, and resolving internal and external theft and fraud in a timely manner using Loss Prevention Department tools (i.e., POS exception reporting and remote video review). Utilize the Loss Prevention department case management system to track investigations to completion. Perform data analysis to identify trends and create reporting. Collaborates and communicates with districts and store teams on current investigation trends. Support Regional Loss Prevention Managers, Risk Management and store teams as needed. Share key learnings with business partners to support a strategic approach to loss mitigation. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.

Minimum qualifications, requirements and skills include postsecondary education preferred or equivalent work experience, demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Office Applications, strong analytical and communication skills, climbing, lifting (up to 25lbs), standing and walking. This position does not require routine travel and will be based out of our Store Support Center in Overland Park, KS.
Compensation details are $35000 per year.
