This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role requiring strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to follow technical instructions, and a commitment to quality and safety. Candidates with experience assembling mechanical products, equipment, or complex consumer products are encouraged to apply.\n\nResponsibilities\nRead and interpret schematics, engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and work instructions to accurately assemble components and subassemblies\nPerform bench-level mechanical assembly using hand and power tools, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and functionality\nAssemble mechanical parts and components with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail\nFollow established safety procedures and company quality standards\nComplete work according to production schedules with minimal supervision\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area\nCollaborate with team members and support continuous improvement efforts\nPerform other duties and projects as assigned\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED required\n2+ years of mechanical assembly, equipment assembly, manufacturing, or related hands-on experience preferred\nAbility to read and interpret technical documents such as schematics, BOMs, blueprints, or work instructions\nStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability\nExperience using hand and power tools\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality\nBasic computer skills\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly\nSelf-motivated with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks\n\nWe're an equal opportunity employer.
