A master's degree in civil engineering is, however, preferred with emphasis in geotechnical engineering or graduate level course work and/or a certificate.\nStrong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.\nExcellent project management skills.\nProficiency in appropriate engineering software and Microsoft Office Suite.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nThe Project Engineer duties include the following.
