Quality Engineer

We are looking for a full time, Direct Hire, Quality Manager in Scottdale, PAIn this role you will:- Provide overall leadership for the company's quality program.- Manage and improve the Quality Management Systems to meet industry standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, and NQA-1, as well as, ensuring customer specifications are satisfactorily met.- Drive strategic initiatives associated with continuous improvement in the Quality system.- Be responsible for the final certification of product for compliance to Customer requirements.- Participate in Executive Staff strategic management decisions and company directions, and be part of a global network of quality managers.What experience will you have?- You possess 5 to 7 years of quality assurance/control experience in a manufacturing field, with 3 years of supervisory experience. Previous experience with IS9001 is required- A minimum of an Associate’s degree is required, with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business preferred- NDT certification and knowledge in aerospace and/or nuclear regulatory requirements are a plus.If this sounds like you, let me know and we can talk.
