The ideal candidate will bring strong Windows engineering expertise within AWS cloud environments, combined with DevOps experience to support, maintain, and enhance cloud-based infrastructure and services.\n\nResponsibilities\nDesign, implement, and maintain Windows-based infrastructure within AWS environments.\nSupport cloud engineering initiatives, including deployment, automation, monitoring, and optimization efforts.\nDevelop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation solutions.\nCollaborate with cross-functional engineering and operations teams to improve system reliability, scalability, and security.\nTroubleshoot complex infrastructure, application, and cloud-related issues.\nImplement and support DevOps best practices throughout the software development and deployment lifecycle.\nParticipate in infrastructure modernization efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.\nRequired Qualifications\nActive Top Secret (TS) Clearance.\nHands-on experience engineering and supporting Windows-based environments in AWS.\nExperience with cloud infrastructure, administration, and engineering within Amazon Web Services.\nStrong understanding of Windows Server administration and enterprise systems management.\nExperience implementing DevOps practices, tools, and automation solutions.\nKnowledge of scripting and automation technologies.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced government environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting federal government or DoD customers.\nFamiliarity with security-focused or mission-critical environments.\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code tools and CI/CD pipelines.\nActive SCI or SCI eligibility (preferred but not required).\nBachelor's degree preferred not required\n\nEverforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
