Associate
This is a full-time, on-site Associate role located in Howell, NJ. The Associate will be responsible for supporting daily business operations, maintaining inventory, assisting customers, and ensuring accuracy in order processing. Additional responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, collaborating with team members, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multi-tasking and prioritize responsibilities effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members professionally and efficiently.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure inventory accuracy and process improvement.Proficiency in office tools, basic computer applications, and familiarity with order processing systems and software.Customer service mindset, adaptability, and a proactive approach to meeting business objectives.Previous experience in retail, customer service, or business operations is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are advantageous but not required.
