Additionally, Stream sources and develops low-risk land sites for optimum data center development and provides energy procurement services with a focus on reducing market risk and providing low-cost renewable energy options.\nPosition Overview\nThe Operations Program Coordinator will be a part of the Operations team and will oversee all business functions that support a multi-building data center campus. The Operations Program Coordinator will need to have a broad understanding of vendor and supplier management, operation budgets, supporting business improvement processes and assessments, supporting compliance programs, and implementing business directives. The Operations Program Coordinator should possess data center, corporate real estate, or other critical infrastructure industry experience overseeing the management of third-party contracts and resources for maintenance and operations. The Operations Program Coordinator will report to the Director of Site Operations and provide daily assistance to the Critical Facilities Managers that minimizes delays in all maintenance and repair activities, work order processing, managing the order and delivery of spare parts, as well as building processes that enable optimal resource efficiency. This candidate will also need to be equipped with basic project management skills essential for team alignment to corporate strategies.\nOperations Program Coordinator Responsibilities\nAssist in planning and overseeing administration of OpEx and CapEx budgets in coordination with Finance and Operations teams, ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational requirements\nSupport and collaboration with Finance and Procurement regarding new vendor submissions, RFPs, PRs/POs, service agreements, COI verification, invoice validation, smart hands and utility charges.\nSupport Director of Site Operations and Critical Facilities Managers with administration of all compliance and regulatory programs.\nSupport and advise the implementation of business and operational standards to ensure compliance with SDC policies, procedures, and performance criteria.\nCollaborate with site teams, Finance, Procurement, and vendors to manage spare parts and consumables inventory.\nSupport onboarding programs as well as assist in training new and existing staff.\nDevelop cross-functional relationships to enhance operations and support internal and external audits.\nDevelop reports utilizing data and metrics for campus budgets, vendor management, and organizational health for local leadership teams.\nSupport construction and project activities including but not limited to asset collection and documentation management.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders on CMMS oversight ensuring accurate tracking, reporting of KPIs for monthly reports, and software upgrades.\nMaintain the local SharePoint pages ensuring transparency and consistency with SDC national standards.\nProvide occasional operational support including after-hours escalation support, and maintenance activities.\nOccasional travel for business related needs.\n\nRequirements\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n5+ years’ experience in an industry that includes operations & maintenance\nFamiliarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Method of Procedures (MOPs), and their application to work orders\nExperience working with enterprise asset management and maintenance management software\nExperience in collaborating and influencing teams to execute coordinated plans and activities\nExperience working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment\nProficient with computer systems including email, documents, spreadsheets, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint\nFamiliarity with OpEx/CapEx budgeting process\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP certification or similar\n3+ years’ experience in a critical operations environment\nExperience scheduling and planning maintenance for large-scale, complex systems in an operations environment\nSix Sigma certification\n\nBenefits\n\nHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)\nRetirement Plan (401k, IRA)\nLife Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)\nPaid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)\nFamily Leave (Maternity, Paternity)\nShort Term & Long Term Disability\nTraining & Development\nWellness Resources\nThe pay range for this role is between $90,000 – $105,000 (yearly).
