Customer Success ConsultantLenos · Full-timeAbout the RoleJoin Lenos to help enterprise marketing teams design, launch, and optimize branded digital experiences—from microsites and demand gen landing pages to in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. You'll partner with leading companies like Salesforce and Amazon, delivering real-time insights and actionable dashboards that turn digital engagement into measurable business value.As a Customer Success Consultant, you'll onboard new customers, drive adoption, and serve as a trusted product expert and Lenos ambassador. You'll consult on site structure, content strategy, and feature usage—and when needed, build and launch sites directly on behalf of customers.What You'll DoOnboard new customers with clear training, best-practice guidance, and structured launch plansServe as primary point of contact via Zoom, email, phone, and other channelsConsult on site structure, page layouts, content strategy, and feature usage—translating goals into clear requirements and timelinesBuild and launch sites when needed: creating pages, configuring modules, applying brand styles, and ensuring go-live readinessIdentify feature requests, documentation gaps, and process improvements to enhance the customer experienceCollaborate with product management, sales, marketing, and engineering to advocate for customersWhat You'll Bring5+ years in customer success, implementation, or support for a SaaS product—ideally serving marketing or digital teamsStrong web understanding (responsive layouts, accessibility basics) and the ability to troubleshoot issues and communicate clear requirementsExperience supporting digital marketing programs—campaign planning, landing pages, forms/CTAs, and engagement metricsFamiliarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or CanvaExperience with analytics, tag management, and CRM/marketing automation integrationsA service mindset with genuine curiosity and passion for helping marketers succeedExcellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills—comfortable with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple customer requests with competing priorities while keeping quality high4-year College degreeAbout LenosLenos is a fast-paced, collaborative team passionate about developing software that powers customer success enablement. We're a leading industry innovator and privacy advocate, offering comprehensive cloud-based technology. As a 27-year-old, employee-owned company, we provide a supportive environment where everyone has an opportunity to be heard and shape our future. We value team players who are curious, self-directed, and passionate about excellence and customer-centric design.
