Experience a minimum of 2 yrs. in Title Exam, Title Curative & Pre-Closing Domain US Mortgage Title and Settlement Function - Title Examination & Title Curative Roles and Responsibilities We are looking for experienced professionals to join our Title Curative Team Must be well versed with Title Documents, Search packages & Terminologies Able to identify break in chain of title having sound knowledge of Title issues and resolution strategies Ability in reviewing Title commitment & identify Title issues (Judgement, liens, payoffs) Lien clearance, review promissory notes/deeds/DOT to determine completeness of endorsements and coordinate subordination request Ability to work with Underwriter/Title Revisions team to remove items in Title Commitment Must have working knowledge of obtaining pay offs and Estopples Ability to understand vesting and identify issues in vesting Ensure title defects are cleared & marketable/insurable title Perform Vesting Verification New Deed Preparation based on requirement ResWare workflow updated and curative tabs being updated Prepare and deliver clear to close Must be fluent in Written & Spoken English Communicate with loan officers, borrowers, settlement agents, and underwriters - Strong verbal and written communication skills Candidate must be open to work for Night ShiftRole & responsibilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
