As our Vendor Master Data Manager, you'll own the vendor data domain within our ERP platform end to end, from establishing the governance framework and data standards to leading the initial migration that brings all vendor records into a single, authoritative system. This is both a build role and a stewardship role. You'll stand up the structure, drive adoption across internal teams and external vendors, and then maintain the integrity of that foundation as the business grows. You'll be the internal expert on how vendor data flows through our systems, and the person who makes sure it stays accurate, complete, and trusted.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn the vendor master data domain within the ERP platform, including the data model, governance framework, and standards for all vendor records across CommandLink's operations\nLead the initial migration and organization of vendor data into the ERP as a foundational initiative, defining scope, coordinating data collection, validating completeness, and driving adoption through to steady-state operations\nServe as the internal subject matter expert for vendor master data, ensuring records are accurate, consistently structured, and aligned with CommandLink's data standards at all times\nDefine and enforce data governance policies and workflows for vendor record creation, maintenance, updates, and deactivation, including documentation of standards and escalation paths for exceptions\nCoordinate directly with vendors to ensure data submissions meet CommandLink's requirements for accuracy, completeness, and formatting prior to entry into the system\nPartner with integration and development teams to support API connectivity between vendor systems and CommandLink's platform, including data mapping requirements, testing participation, and issue resolution coordination\nMonitor vendor master data health on an ongoing basis through regular audits; identify and resolve gaps, duplicates, and inconsistencies proactively\nProduce and maintain project timelines, data quality dashboards, and stakeholder-facing status updates throughout the migration phase and into ongoing operations\nTrain and support internal stakeholders on vendor master data processes, governance standards, and ERP workflows\nTakes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization.\n\nWhat you'll need for success:\n3+ years of experience in master data management, vendor data administration, or a related data operations role within an ERP environment\nHands-on experience with ERP systems in a data ownership or administration capacity, including record creation, maintenance, and governance workflow management\nFamiliarity with systems integration concepts: how vendor data flows between platforms via APIs, how to communicate data requirements to technical teams, and how to participate in integration testing and issue resolution (development experience not required)\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage concurrent workstreams across both project delivery and ongoing data operations\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work directly with external vendors and cross-functional internal teams\nTelecom industry experience preferred\n\nWhy you'll love life at Command|Link\n\nJoin us at CommandLink, where you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of business communication.
