Lead code reviews and uphold coding standards.\nDrive continuous improvement in development processes.\nStay updated with industry trends and evolving technologies.\nWork as part of an agile team, while contributing to a positive work environment.\n\nQualifications:\nTo be successful in this role, you will need:\nTo align with our Core Values.\nA natural excitement for technology, developing and delivering customer value.\nPost secondary education in computer science or equivalent experience\n2 plus years experience coding and data base programming as part of a project team.\nProficient in at a minimum of three development languages.\nAble to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team\nAdaptable to change to change and evolving technologies\nIntermediate written and verbal communication skills adaptable analytical problem-solving skills.\nBonus points if you have any of the following:\nOutSystems certifications.\nA great story for why you chose to go on the OutSystems journey.\nSkills in the following technologies: RESTful services, .Net, C#, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Microsoft SQL Server.\nBasic understanding of UX/UI guidelines.\n\nWhy Join Accelerated Focus\nWe’re a people-first, results-driven company that invests in both our clients and our team.
