Office Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Provide general administrative support to the company’s operations.Answer and route incoming phone calls.Manage and respond to inquiries professionally.Receive, review, and process invoices from subcontractors and vendors for accuracy and completeness.Enter and maintain invoice and payment data in internal accounting and project tracking systems.Coordinate with the accounting department to obtain approvals and ensure timely processing of invoices and reimbursements.Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, records, and databases.Perform routine office tasks including correspondence, data entry, document preparation, scheduling, and mail handling. xaygatp Use standard office equipment and computer software to support daily business operations.
