About the Opportunity:The Remote First Shift Contact Center Representative role is designed to connect with established and prospective partners by providing prayer ministry and sharing information about the organization''s affiliated ministries. The role is remote, requiring dedication to customer service and alignment with the organization''s biblical principles.3. Responsibilities:• Connect with inbound callers to minister prayer based on accepted biblical doctrine• Share information about the organization and its affiliated ministries• Encourage financial support from partners• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information• Adhere to scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays• Utilize provided equipment and maintain a distraction-free home office environment4. Requirements:• Minimum 1 year of experience in contact center or related customer service roles• Knowledge of the Bible and ability to pray concise, Scripture-based prayers• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English• Ability to empathize and engage professionally with callers• Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50Mbps), router for hardwired connection• Proficient with Windows OS, web browsers, email, and ability to navigate multiple applications• Ability to work independently and in a structured, fast-paced environment• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays• Commitment to demonstrate biblical principles in alignment with the organization''s mission5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• English language Representatives are paid $15.00 per hour• Full-time positions work 40 hours per week with full benefits• Part-time positions work 20-25 hours per week with benefits including vacation leave, sick leave, and 401(k) participation• 75% tuition discount available from Regent University upon hire for full-time employees6.
