This role combines estimating, project management, and customer-facing responsibilities to develop project budgets, prepare proposals, coordinate engineering and manufacturing activities, and ensure successful execution of modular projects.\nThe ideal candidate understands electrical construction, manufacturing, and prefabrication principles and can independently develop pricing, manage schedules, and serve as the primary point of contact Throughout the project lifecycle.\n*Occasional overnight travel to project site may be required.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn the customer experience and project outcome while leveraging Beacon's established systems and processes.\nReview customer drawings, specifications, and conceptual requirements.\nContribute to conceptual, budgetary, and final project estimates.\nParticipate in customer meetings during project development.\nManage projects from award through delivery.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules and milestone tracking.\nCoordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, quality, and logistics activities.\nLead internal project kickoff meetings.\nMonitor project budgets, labor performance, material costs, and profitability.\nManage project risks, changes, and customer communications.\nCoordinate material releases and procurement timing.\nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience in electrical construction, prefabrication, manufacturing, modular construction, or industrial projects.\nUnderstanding of electrical systems and equipment.\nExperience reading construction drawings and specifications.\nStrong project management and organizational skills.\nStrong communication and customer-facing abilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking software.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nEstimating experience within electrical, industrial, or manufacturing environments.\nExperience with modular skids, data centers, power distribution systems, or industrial facilities.\nKnowledge of fabrication and manufacturing processes.\nPMP certification or equivalent experience.\nCompensation & Benefits:\nCompetitive salary based on experience\n: Medical/Dental/Vision Insurances, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance & Life & AD&D Insurance\n401(k) with 5% company match\nPaid Holidays\nPaid Time Off\nESOP\nEmployee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP):\nWe don't just work for Beacon Modular - we own it.
