Ensure the correct products and services are being delivered. Resolve any issues and complaints to maintain a level of integrity with our customer base. Update forecast and SalesForce with key metrics.\nMain responsibilities:\n· Addresses client needs to meet annual sales targets\n· Interacts with end user customers to sell WASP products, build customer relationships, understands customer needs by effectively positioning WASP entire product portfolio\nEssential skills:\n· Demonstrates excellent telephone skills and ability to listen to clients requests to ensure the best possible solution is sold\n· Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills\n· Superior product demo skills\n· Ability to close sales effectively\nAccountabilities and Performance measures:\n· Attain annual revenue\n· Update of CRM (Salesforce), forecast tool\n· Understand of the WASP portfolio and manufacturing, supply chain and other industries\n· Align with Company culture with a sense of ownership\nExperience and skills:\n· Proven sales quota achievement and over achievement\n· 3+ years' telephone sales experience (leads are provided)\n· Previous SaaS/software/ hardware solutions sales experience preferred\n· Self-motivated and excellent interpersonal communication skills\n· Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM\n· Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills\n· Bachelor’s degree preferred\nHybrid Work Schedule: Position may be considered for Hybrid Schedule after sufficient proficiency in position has been attained.\nBenefits:\nEligible to join Medical, Dental and Vision on first day of employment with a significant portion of monthly premiums paid through employer contributions\nCompany paid Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance\nCompany paid Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance\nGenerous time off pay with company paid vacation, sick and 13 paid holidays\n401k match up to 3.5%\n$35 - 40k base, target commission of $15 - 20k if sales quota is met.
