Job Description Production AssociateLocation: Indianapolis, INPay: Starting at $16/hrShift: Monday through Friday starting at 6am8-10 hours per dayOT as required by business needs Position SummaryThe Production Associate is responsible for safely handling, inspecting, labeling, and transporting glass materials throughout the warehouse and production areas. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to operate equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITESMove glass from, tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours, dailyTransport of materials including glass from one position/location in the warehouse to anotherResponsible for correct labeling on productsQuality inspection on items and materialsOperating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipmentQUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience in a production environment (glass industry preferred, but not required)Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labelsAbility to read and understand basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measureAbility to work in all areas of productionAbility to lift 75lbs unassistedAbility to lift 150lbs in a team two-person liftAbility to stand on feet for long periods of timeAbility to work in a non-climate-controlled environmentAbility to work independently or in a team environmentBENEFITSWeekly pay on Fridays!Benefits starting DAY ONE!Opportunity for monthly performance bonus.Opportunity for quarterly safety bonus.401K matchTRC Talent Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
