This position fosters cross-functional collaboration across Quality, Maintenance, HR, and Logistics, emphasizing Lean/continuous improvement, employee development, and operational excellence.\nPay Range: $125k – $140k per year DOE\nShift: Inquire about shift availability\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\n-Provide leadership and coaching to production supervisors and employees to meet all safety, environmental, quality, cost, and service goals.\n-Partner with the Quality Control Coordinator to ensure finished products meet all customer requirements using continuous improvement and quality systems.\n-Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure equipment reliability at optimal efficiency and cost.\n-Support overall reliability strategy, including production employee involvement in TPM.\n-Collaborate with Shipping and Receiving to optimize the manufacturing schedule and adjust as needed for customer service levels.\n-Provide leadership to maintain a highly engaged workforce; partner with HR on performance management, organizational change, staffing, and employee development.\n-Drive continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing concepts such as Kaizen events.\n-Ensure effective completion of all employee training (quality, safety, process, etc.).\n-Mentor direct reports and build an accountable, high-performing team.\n-Ensure plant housekeeping meets company standards and maintain a 5S program.\nJob Requirements:-Technical four-year degree required.\n-Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.\n-Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification a plus.\n-Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.\n-Experience with continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean practices.\n-Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\n-Proven track record of operational improvement through employee engagement.\n-Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).\n-Strong team-building skills and hands-on problem-solving abilities.\n-Ability to achieve results independently and within a team environment.\nBenefits:\n-Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for employees and their families\n-Retirement Plans: A 401k with employer matching\n-Voluntary benefits: Life, accident, and disability products available for employee and dependents\nBonus Eligibility:\nReferral Bonus: Earn $50 for every successful referral after they complete 80 hours of work.\n-No limit on the number of referrals.\n-Managers confirm referrals during interviews to ensure bonus eligibility.\nEclipse Advantage is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, reproductive health decision-making, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, sexual orientation, veteran or military status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.\nBring your experience and take the next step in your career.
