In this role, you will analyze project blueprints, conduct site visits, prepare accurate cost estimates, and present competitive bids for commercial painting projects. The ideal candidate blends technical estimating skill with a strong drive to build client relationships and win contracts.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform detailed digital and on-site takeoffs for commercial painting projects.Review blueprints, specifications, and scope of work documents to calculate material, labor, and equipment costs.Solicit and evaluate subcontractor/vendor pricing and material quotes.Prepare clear, comprehensive proposal packages and present bids to potential clients.Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth handoffs once projects are awarded.QualificationsExperience: Minimum 1 year of commercial painting estimating experience required.Technical Skills: Proficiency with blueprint reading,Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial painting methodsCommunication: Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills.Driver's License: Valid driver's licenseBenefits & CompensationBase Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)Bonus Structure: commission on won projectsOpportunities for career growth and professional developmentTo ApplyClick Apply Now!
