This is a hands-on\r\nleadership role requiring both strategic thinking and deep technical expertise across cloud\r\nplatforms, data systems, and distributed architectures.\r\nKey Responsibilities Architecture & Technical Leadership Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture for a cloud-native Digital Twin SaaS platform.\r\nEstablish design patterns for scalable, fault-tolerant, multi-tenant systems.\r\nEstablish canonical integration patterns across telemetry systems, simulation engines, BIM environments, and operational platforms.\r\nand API layers.\r\nEnsure alignment between product vision, engineering execution, and platform capabilities.\r\nOperate effectively in evolving technical environments where requirements, vendor capabilities, and architectural boundaries are still emerging.\r\nIdentify architectural bottlenecks, operational constraints, and integration risks early, and drive pragmatic designs that remain viable under real-world delivery, licensing, compliance, and infrastructure limitations.\r\nDesign systems to handle high-volume telemetry data ingestion (IoT, sensors, operational data streams).\r\nArchitect solutions for: Real-time and batch data processing pipelines.\r\nTime-series and analytical data storage.\r\nHigh-performance data access and visualization layers.\r\nGuide implementation of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.\r\nDigital Twin & Domain Modeling Define architectural approaches for representing physical assets and systems as Digital Twins.\r\nCollaborate with Product and Engineering teams to model Data Center systems, assets, and operational workflows.\r\nSupport long-term extensibility into planning, simulation, and design-phase capabilities.\r\nDefine integration patterns across simulation, BIM, and 3D visualization ecosystems, including platforms such as NVIDIA Omniverse, Autodesk Forma, and USD-based workflows.\r\nCross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and UX/UI to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\r\nMentor and guide engineering teams through architecture reviews and critical Work with customers and stakeholders to understand integration and scalability requirements.\r\nCollaborate closely with simulation SMEs, platform engineers, and Product leadership to iteratively refine architecture through technical discovery and prototyping.\r\nEvaluate and recommend technologies across cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), data platforms, and analytics tools.\r\nStay current with trends in Digital Twins, IoT platforms, and industrial SaaS solutions.\r\nDrive innovation in areas such as real-time analytics, simulation, and AI/ML integration.\r\nAssess trade-offs across platform capabilities, operational constraints, licensing models, compliance requirements, and long-term maintainability when defining\r\nHere's what you'll need 8+ years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture.\r\nProven experience designing and delivering large-scale, cloud-native SaaS platforms.\r\nStrong expertise in: Distributed systems and event-driven architectures.\r\nData platforms (streaming, batch processing, data lakes, time-series DBs).\r\nAPI design and microservices architecture.\r\nExperience with telemetry/IoT data ingestion and processing systems.\r\nDeep knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (Azure preferred).\r\nPreferred Experience with Digital Twin platforms or modeling physical systems.\r\nFamiliarity with Data Center infrastructure, operations, or industrial environments.\r\nExposure to data visualization platforms, analytics tools, or simulation frameworks.\r\nKnowledge of AI/ML applications in operational optimization or predictive maintenance.\r\nExperience integrating with Digital Twin, BIM, simulation, or spatial computing ecosystems.\r\nOur health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
