Vice President, Worldwide Sales
Enovix is seeking a Vice President, Worldwide Sales to lead global revenue growth and build a world-class commercial organization. This executive will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s global sales strategy, scaling a high-performance sales organization, and building strategic channel partnerships including distributors and ecosystem partners. This role is focused on strategic sales leadership, revenue growth, and channel development. The ideal candidate is a builder and leader with extensive experience scaling global sales organizations in complex, technology-driven B2B markets. This role reports directly to Chief Business Officer.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver global revenue targets across all products and servicesDevelop and execute the company’s global sales strategy across direct sales, key accounts, and channel partnersBuild, scale, and lead a high-performing global sales organization across the Americas, Europe, and AsiaEstablish and grow channel partnerships including distributors, ODMs, and ecosystem partnersDevelop strategic account plans for key OEM customers and partnersBuild predictable pipeline, forecasting, and revenue reporting processesDrive executive-level customer engagement and strategic partnershipsWork closely with Product and Marketing to drive demand generation and market positioningPartner with Product and Engineering to ensure customer requirements are reflected in product roadmapsImplement scalable sales processes, CRM discipline, pricing strategy, and commercial frameworksRecruit, develop, and retain top global sales talentEstablish sales compensation plans, performance metrics, and operating cadenceProvide revenue forecasts and strategic market insights to executive leadershipQualifications15+ years of sales leadership experience in technology, semiconductor, battery, or related marketsPrior experience as Head of Sales or similar executive leadership roleDemonstrated success building and scaling global sales organizations across multiple regionsExperience developing and managing channel partnerships including distributors, ODMs, integrators, and ecosystem partnersProven track record of delivering predictable revenue growth in complex B2B or OEM environmentsStrong executive presence with the ability to engage at the C-suite level with customers and partnersExperience selling complex technical products into OEMs or enterprise customersBuilder mindset with experience creating sales processes, infrastructure, compensation plans, and operating cadenceStrong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilityAbility to operate effectively in high-growth, fast-paced environmentsStrong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence product, engineering, and marketing organizationsWell-established industry network across relevant ecosystemsBachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferredExperience in both startup/high-growth and large-scale company environments strongly preferredBenefitsBase Salary Range- $230,272 - $319,800Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation.
