This role will be the primary point of contact for our ERP platform (preferably Epicor), Windows servers, networks and Microsoft 365 services, ensuring system availability, security and continuous improvement of IT processes to support production, finance and operations teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAdminister and configure the ERP system (Epicor preferred): manage users, security roles, modules, workflows and customizations; implement upgrades and apply patches with minimal disruption.\nProvide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting for servers, Windows workstations, network devices and Microsoft 365 services; resolve incidents and escalations promptly.\nMaintain and administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, SQL Server databases and backups; monitor performance and execute maintenance tasks.\nManage network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, VPNs and wireless; ensure reliable connectivity for production and office sites.\nSupport integrations between ERP and other systems (manufacturing equipment, MES, CRM, ecommerce, third-party applications); create and maintain data interfaces and APIs.\nConfigure and maintain content management systems (CMS) and internal portals used for documentation, knowledge sharing and shop-floor instructions.\nImplement IT security best practices: manage patching, antivirus, vulnerability scans, access controls and disaster recovery plans.\nCollaborate with manufacturing, finance and operations teams to gather requirements, deliver system enhancements and improve business processes.\nDocument system configurations, processes and procedures; create user guides and deliver end-user training and support.\nCoordinate with vendors and external consultants for ERP projects, system upgrades and specialist support; manage service contracts and licenses.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience; related certifications (e.g., MCSA, Microsoft 365, CCNA) a plus.\n3+ years of hands-on experience as an IT Administrator supporting ERP systems; direct Epicor experience strongly preferred.\nStrong technical knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server and Microsoft 365 administration.\nExperience managing network infrastructure (routing/switching, firewalls, VPN) and server virtualization technologies.\nFamiliarity with ERP integrations, APIs and data exchange between manufacturing systems and business applications.\nPractical experience in a manufacturing environment or supporting production systems and shop-floor technologies.\nProven ability to configure systems, apply patches and perform upgrades with minimal downtime.\nSolid understanding of IT security principles, backup/recovery strategies and business continuity planning.\nExcellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to train non-technical users and collaborate across teams.\nAbility to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure; attention to detail and strong documentation habits.\n\nBenefits\n\nHealth\nDental\nVision\nPaid time off\nRetirement plan\n- For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
