Product Manager

Role & Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Vision:Define the product roadmap and long-term vision for Sales and Support technologies, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI integration.Market Research & Customer Insight:Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform and refine product strategy.Roadmap Development:Own and maintain a forward-looking, four-quarter roadmap aligned with both business objectives and customer goals.Cross-functional Leadership:Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Legal, Sales, Support, and other cross-functional teams to drive product success.Customer Engagement:Collect and analyze user feedback to inform iterative product design and development cycles.Performance Tracking:Define and monitor KPIs to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.AI Integration:Lead the integration of Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies to enable advanced automation and personalization.Stay informed on emerging AI trends and partner with Engineering and Data Science teams to drive AI feature development.Experience & Qualifications:7+ years of Product Management experience.Proven success in launching and managing Sales and Support technology products.Demonstrated expertise in Generative AI / Agentic AI with a strong track record of product-level AI integration.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.Proven ability to define KPIs, analyze performance data, and make data-driven decisions.MBA or other advanced degree preferred.Technical Expertise:Hands-on experience with AI platforms , including:Microsoft Azure OpenAI ServiceAmazon BedrockAWS SageMakerFamiliarity with integrating AI into CRM and Support systems .Understanding of AI/ML frameworks and tooling .Experience collaborating with UX teams to develop AI-powered user experiences.
