What You'll Do As a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, you'll help maintain and improve our facilities while supporting daily operations across the organization. Responsibilities include:Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facilityMaintain grounds, parking areas, landscaping, and exterior spacesAssist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and mechanical projectsMonitor equipment and complete preventative maintenance tasksReplace lighting, repair fixtures, and support remodeling projectsEnsure buildings remain clean, safe, and organizedIdentify and report unsafe conditions or equipment concernsAssist with moving furniture, heavy lifting, and facility setup needsBuild and repair equipment as neededMaintain a clean and safe workshop environmentSupport special projects and additional assignments as directed What Makes This Role DifferentYou'll see the impact of your work daily.
