site to ensure maintenance work is properly defined, resourced, and prepared before execution.\n\nWhat You Will Do\n\nWork Order Planning and Preparation\n\nReview approved work requests from assigned processes require staging.\nIdentify special tools, rental equipment, contractor support, or outside services required for execution.\nCommunicate material or resource constraints that could delay expectations.\nWhat You Bring\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nExperience in maintenance, operations, technical trades, maintenance planning, or maintenance supervision within an industrial or manufacturing environment.\nStrong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or industrial maintenance systems.\nAbility to read and interpret drawings, manuals, equipment documentation, procedures, and technical specifications.\nProficiency with CMMS/EAM systems such as SAP PM, Maximo, Infor, or similar systems.\nStrong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across assigned sites.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with site teams and cross-functional support groups.\nUnderstanding of
