Store Manager

Schedule: Sunday- Thursday (10am-6pm) * ZABS Place Pro: We believe everyone and everything has a purpose and an important story. You'll learn about our mission, and about our donated merchandise, and help educate customers. * Sales Champion: Greet customers, understand their needs, make recommendations, answer questions, and help our merchandise find it's next home. * Merchandising Marvel: Inspect, price, and stage clothing, accessories, and décor to create an inviting and inspiring Thrift Boutique experience. * Team Player: Maintain a positive attitude, collaborate with colleagues, and ensure smooth store operations. * Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods, and be able to utilize a step ladder. Qualifications: *Previous experience in retail or customer service required. *Previous leadership experience preferred. *Strong communication and interpersonal skills. *Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. *Passion for our mission and commitment to excellence in service. Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Fridays and Saturdays. Compensation is $16.00 - $18.00/hour. About ZABS Place: ZABS Place is an upscale thrift boutique & employment training center for young adults with special needs run by the Friendship Circle of Charlotte.
