Athens, Georgia – Community Service Supervisor (Multifamily & Affordable Housing)

Career DescriptionColumbia Residential is seeking an Experienced Professional Community Service Supervisor in the Athens, Georgia Area.Will be responsible for coordinating service orders to include Turnkey operations, move-ins, and preventative maintenance.Ensure timely completion of assigned work orders and property repairs provide guidance to community management staff on maintenance related issues as needed.Will supervise, train and mentor service technicians, grounds staff and housekeepers.Resolve complex issues as it relates to maintenance work orders.Must be hands-on; assist in the completion of work orders.Identify areas in need of improvement and make recommendations.Must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.Follow-up on service requests to ensure the highest quality customer satisfaction.Various tasks as it relates to maintenance operations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Job Type: Full-timeExperience LevelSupervising Experience: 5 years of multisite property management (Required)Maintenance:) 3 years (RequiredEducationHigh school or equivalent (Required)License/CertificationDriver’s License (Required)HVAC Certification (Required)This job description should not be considered all-inclusive.
