You'll earn $25.00 – $35.00 an hour, benefit from paid training, and enjoy a supportive culture that values integrity, teamwork, and doing the right thing.This Installation Technician - Residential HVAC position works a consistent full-time schedule, Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.YOUR DAY IN THIS INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN - RESIDENTIAL HVAC ROLE:You start your day at 7:30 am with a clear plan, your apprentice/helper by your side, and a commitment to craftsmanship. You handle full removals and installs-air to air heat pumps, geothermal, generators, boilers, furnaces, and even building and fabricating custom duct systems-while mentoring your helper and communicating with customers in a professional, respectful way.
