Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation\n1 year experience in healthcare analysis, data management, or equivalent training or education\nProficient in Microsoft Excel\n\nPreferred:\n\nFamiliarity with healthcare claims and payment data\nBasic knowledge of JIRA and ability to write user stories in Agile\nProficiency in the use of computer systems, database applications, Microsoft Office, structured query language (SQL), MS Azure, Databricks, and/or Edifecs\nExperience with business process needs analysis and requirements gathering\nExperience with JAD sessions and performing detailed fact gathering\nFamiliarity with reporting tools such as PowerBI\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCompiles, organizes, and conducts various performance, cost, budget, and/or specialized data analysis to document and identify trends or potential issues.\nReconciles data and develops exexplanationsf variances as necessary.\nMeets with requestors to get requirements and develop solutions to fulfill various requests (reports, trends, measures, forecasts).\nMaintains responsibility for assigned reports, producing them accurately and in a timely manner.\nEstablishes relationship with business owners of reports.\nResponds to customer questions and requests in a timely manner.\nMaintains documentation and ensures all procedures support department and company policies and procedures.\nWorks with management to understand and interpret the impact of decisions made by retrieving, analyzing, and identifying variations and trends in healthcare delivery and communicating the information obtained from analysis.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRegular and reliable attendance is required.\n\nThis is a remote
