In this role, you'll help bring new products from concept through production while working closely with manufacturing, quality, tooling, automation, and customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate or someone with up to two years of experience who wants to build a career in plastics manufacturing and product development.\nYou'll gain hands on experience managing engineering projects, supporting new product launches, improving manufacturing processes, and collaborating with cross functional teams in a fast paced manufacturing environment.\nWhat You'll Do:\nSupport new product introductions from design through production launch.\n\nCoordinate engineering projects to ensure timelines and customer expectations are met.\n\nDevelop qualification protocols for new and existing products.\n\nManage tooling activities and engineering changes throughout the product lifecycle.\n\nCreate and update SolidWorks models and support tooling design changes.\n\nAssist with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and engineering documentation.\n\nWork with manufacturing, quality, automation, and process engineering teams to improve product performance.\n\nInvestigate manufacturing issues and recommend solutions.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles.\n\nParticipate in CAPA activities and quality improvement projects.\n\nProvide technical support to customers throughout the product lifecycle.\n\nAssist with quoting activities for new and existing products.\n\nEnsure compliance with ISO quality standards and internal procedures.\nOn-Site: This role is required to be on-site 5 days at the Denver, CO location.\nQualifications\n\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\n0 to 2 years of engineering experience.\nExperience with SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software.\nStrong analytical and problem solving skills.\nExcellent communication and organizational abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities.\nPreferred:\nExperience with plastics injection molding.\nExperience in a medical device or ISO regulated manufacturing environment.\nExposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.\nCompensation\nIn compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $86,000 - $92,000.\nCompensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
